**Edit 5/15/23 I was disappointed once before, but decided to give them another chance. Christmas arrangements have been lovely. Other occasions not so much in my personal experience. The price I paid (middle tier $70 version) did not reflect the bouquet my recipient recieved. Photos on website do not give an accurate representation of what recipient actually receives, leading you to think you are getting your money's worth when you're not. I paid good money for an arrangement, but the one my recipient received looks very cheap. Original: Some of the birthday bouquets are incorrectly advertised and misleading on the website and the pricing does not reflect or compensate for the inaccuracy, as far as I'm concerned. If I choose an arrangement wherein the description explicitly says, "comes with a birthday balloon", I expect my recipient will recieve a bouquet with balloon. Regardless of the reasoning for why they can't update the listing description or photos, I still expect to have full transparency or to have the price adjusted to reflect the actual bouquet, sans balloon, my recipient receives. That said, I have purchased arrangements a few other times and all the arrangements themselves have been lovely.

Thank you for the beautiful sympathy flower arrangement. It was a very special order and I cant thank you enough. I believe the owner called me this morning to say she was out of lilies and if Id be okay with a substitution. I agreed and she said well take special care of your order and well make it special it absolutely was! Thank you for your kindness

Thank you for your helpfulness and the lovely bouquet for my mother. Hospital stays are so much more difficult now with visitors not allowed. It was just the pick me up that she needed. The colors are perfect for brightening up her room.
