        The 5 star rating is not high enough to give Marcus! My daughter recently lost her job and had a newborn baby. Her healthcare coverage was ending in 1 week - very stressful! Marcus assisted us in understand the different options and guiding us through the Covered California plans. He was very informative and patient! Im not sure we could have navigated through the system without his guidance! I would highly recommend this agent for any of your insurance needs!

        I've been with this agency for many years with great service. Unfortunately I will have to switch providers. I have left 4 or 5 messages over the last two weeks and I'm still waiting for anyone to call me back. What kind of customer service is this? Ridiculous!
