Called Sadler Insurance Brokers on 2-22-2023 to get a quote and spoke to Jayda who said she was "totally swamped".  Hmmm, not something I want to hear when shopping for insurance, but as a business woman myself, I thought I would let it go. After the phone call I promptly emailed Jayda the information she requested and never heard back from her so I called again on Mar 7, 2023. Again, she had another excuse that the floors in the office were being refinished so things were "a bit chaotic". She told me she would call me back the next day after she spoke to her underwriter. Again, no return call the next day so I called one last time this am and left a message with the answering service. That was 4 hours ago...still no return call!!!  I moved on, found another company who will help and will never call this company again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this incompetent company. They obviously dont care about helping people in need and dont need your business.

Vince knows what he is doing in this really complicated CA market. I have been a customer for years as a renter and auto policy but now just buying a home he was able to find me quick coverage and worked with my lender to get everything in so seamlessly. He always looks out for those gaps in coverages that a lot of other insurance folks leave out to undercut prices. I am a customer for life!!
