As a small business owner, it is really important for me to have someone who takes the time to explain what I need and why I need it. Kathleen is patient and professional. I loved the initial conversation we had when she basically broke down in laymen's terms what my business needed to come up to speed. one of my favorite terms she uses in "online real estate" which before Kathleen I knew nothing about nor did I have. Lastly, she is really fast and so good about getting things done. She gets right to it and wastes no time at all.
