Wine and Limo

We tried to reach out prior to scheduled trip, got nothing. No cumunication on trip postponement, never received call back, dm, email. Weeks later the "owner" Thomas H. replied to the many emails I sent and stated that the deposit has been returned. When asked about showing proof, he gave excuses. DO NOT BOOK.

TOTAL SCAM! Took our $250 deposit and ghosted us the week of our event! DO NOT BOOK! Would not recommend! Do NOT WASTE your time and money. UPDATE: The response about a refund is completely false. They went completely unresponsive an all of their social media and available forms of contact. And question to this company: if this refund was so issued where is the receipt to follow up on that transaction? No money was ever received on our end.

He helped me out by getting us the limo and assured safety due to the cold weather! He was a great driver and would love to use their service again!

This company deserves all the positive reviews. The owner delivered some of the best customer services I've experienced. He is extremely knowledgeable about the airport, was easily reached, and above all else, an excellent communicator. Thank you Wine and Limo Service!
