The location wasn't necessarily dirty but didn't feel as clean as it should have been, considering it's a medical facility.

Really unprofessional, I made an appointment, I came right on time and checked in as they requested, they send me notifications that I'm all set and they will send me a message when they can take me, since I checked 10 min earlier I was waiting for another 30 min and 20 min past my appointment time, I came to the door, locked, I called them 4 times didn't get chance to talk with nobody, so I live an hour away, I was fasting past almost 24h, tired, hungry and really dissapointed, it's not a fast food! It's a health service, someone's life might be depending on fast lab work! No stars

Most of the time there is little wait at the Mendocino location. Staff is efficient and courteous.
