We found GTG Financial through a fb group. Glenn was outstanding (and kinda funny)! He was patient with our first time buyer nerves and held our hands through the entire lending process and AFTER! His team, Dwight and Meg, were an absolute joy to work with! The whole team was on top of everything and carried great energy. I cant say enough good things about them. Glenn referred us to the Legacy Realty Team in San Diego. We went to one informational VA loan presentation and 30 days later we owned a home. It was that quick and easy. We walked away from our first meeting and told all of our family this is a team that truly cares! They are genuinely interested and invested in improving veterans lives. Steph and Jen held a safe space for us during our process and gently guided us when needed. They really had it all. Authentic. Caring. Kind. Patient. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Both teams worked cohesively and effectively together to get our transaction completed. We feel blessed to have met them. I truly believe God works through these two teams.

I am so happy that my real estate agent connected me with Glenn at GTG Financial. Glenn was so knowledgeable about the financing process and took the time to understand my financing needs and come up with multiple options. Once I contracted on my home, Glenn and his team were quick to take care of everything, provided updates throughout the process and even got my loan done ahead of schedule.
