Outstanding service. She was relatable and explained everything every step of the way. There were some issues with filing (courts fault) and she was on top of it as soon as she found out. I would highly recommend.

Edit: Two hours after posting this, Susan called me to scream at me beligerntly about this review. She sounds drunk. Despite "not knowing" who I am as a client and claiming my review is fake, she sure knew my number and called me to scream at me about this review. My kids dad had to pick up the served paperwork 2 hours after our court date. She's threatening to sue me for libel because of my review. Stay clear of her shes probably the least professional person I've ever met. ********** I hired Susan to be my paralegal to assist me with ammending my custody order. First red flag was she showed up in sweat pants looking dishevelled. She specifically told me upon paying her in full that she would be handling serving father with paperwork. Go to mediation and there was no record of him being served. I had tried setting everything up so that it would be ammended prior to my child starting school. Instead due to her incompetence our court dates got pushed out after school starts. I called her and she said that it's "not her fault" that this happened, despite it literally being pushed out due to her not serving him. She suggested that I should have reminded her. She offered no apology and refused to refund me. Save hundreds of dollars by not doing business with her

Susan is an amazing, empathetic, and very professional. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. She helped me and one of my friend with divorce process few years ago. She was absolutely fantastic. All the paper works were submitted on time and I didn't have to worry about anything. She was affordable, reliable, and always available for any questions or help.
