I wanted to see one of Daphne's listings on Crimson street in Santa Rosa and she said that she would be available tomorrow to show it.  The following day she explained that she wasn't able to show it after finding out that my broker would not be present and explained that only her friend could show it and that there would be a showing fee.  What a disservice to her Crimson street client.   I was expecting an email back or a call saying that of course she would show the property.....but no call, text or email.

Spoke to Daphne about transfer to buy home with tight deadlines. Assured me that she would do the work and said she would call me back in two days with updates to move forward. Its been over a month and no response.

If you want a good real estate experience get a good real estate agent. Daphne came highly recommended and I see why. She is experienced, professional, and hardworking. My transaction was complicated because I was selling a beautiful old home that required A LOT of work. Many buyers were interested but did not end up making an offer. One escrow fell through and even the final one was challenging. Daphne worked tirelessly on the sale and kept me informed without requiring much from me. Her diligence in securing backup offers resulted in me getting a significantly higher sale price. Do your research and then hire Daphne. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

There are good realtors and then there's the  Daphne Peterson Keller Williams team. As a person who has bought and sold at least a dozen properties in my life, I have worked with several agents so I know the difference between an agent that just does what they need to and an agent that goes WAY beyond to get you what you want. I was referred to Team Member Realtor Susan Franks who was nothing less than fantastic to work with. I am new to the Sonoma County area and had no idea what were the more desirable areas in the Santa Rosa area. Susan blocked out an entire day to not only show me the neighborhoods and listings but explain in great detail the pros/cons of each area. In the end, I found a home in Petaluma to purchase, but again Susan was not just a realtor doing her job but a mentor, a coach and a friend. Susan is a powerhouse in  the Sonoma County area who has 30+ years of experience and knows just about every way to handle the "drama" that inevitably can rear its ugly head during a real estate transaction. She a Pro period. If you are struggling to find a GREAT ( not good) agent, call Susan Franks/Daphne Peterson Team!
