Ron helped us buy our house in 2018, and when it was time to sell it 4 years later, we immediately hired him again. Ron found us our dream home! In a terrible buyers market, where we repeatedly didn't have funds to adequately compete, we ended up with the best house we could have hoped for. Ron worked diligently for us, was available to answer any questions we had, and was proactive in finding us a house. Ron Larson sold two properties for me in Cotati that I had been managing for my elderly aunt. One was a rental property where tenants had lived for over 30 years. The other involved legal, environmental constraints related to endangered plant and animal species. Ron handled all the issues carefully, diligently, and ethically and communicated clearly with all parties involved. I was impressed. In addition, it was a pleasure to work with Ron.
