We called one of Jim's signs to see his listing and decided we liked him enough to use him as our agent; and he ended up helping us find our dream home! He was invaluable assisting us in navigating the emotional roller coaster of finding and securing a home. He provided valuable perspective and a deep knowledge of a process that we were unfamiliar with and a little bit scared of. Jim was awesome! He met with us 4 months prior to our house hitting the market. He walked us through every step of the process and made suggestions that gave us an edge when our house listed. He suggested we get inspections prior to market so we could make repairs and he buyers saw them prior to making offers. He also was very helpful by discussing repairs and gave great advice and feedback. He was always available, always had an answer, explained everything along the way, met with contractors when we were out of town, provided supplies for Covid19 compliance, and put multiple full- and half-page ads in the Press Democrat and Homes and Lands publications. Jim and St. Francis Properties spoiled us for any other realtor. Look no further.

His recommendations prior to putting our home on the market helped reduce the amount of negotiating after escrow and allowed us close fast.
