I have known Julie from Sullivan Group basically my whole life so it was only fitting to work with them on the purchase of a new home. Julie was fantastic! She was SO on top of responding to all my questions, sending listings that were a good fit for us and when the time came, writing the offer and getting us into the house! Being 9 months pregnant during this process, I didn't feel any stress at all because Julie and her team took care in working swiftly and efficiently. She also brought us a little gift basket on key day that even included gifts for our baby. Highly recommend!

I am not much for surveys, but in this case have to. The Sullivan group has been wonderful with helping me get in to my home here in Rohnert Park... I was informed every step of the way of what to do and where to get what I needed during the whole process, and everything went so smoothe it was had ro believe how helpful they were , and now I am comfortable in my new home.... Morgan found us a great house while we were PCSing to the Santa Rosa area on military orders. Because we were under a tight deadline, my husband and I were unable to tour homes in person, and everything had to be done virtually. Morgan was an absolute gem and handled everything with professionalism, grace, and her communication was outstanding. Because of this we managed to put an offer in and close all within a month--something I never thought would be possible. Looking forward to working with the Sullivan Group in the future!
