I had an outstanding experience working with Gary and the team at W Real Estate. A special mention should got to Miriah, who coordinates and handles much of the administrative aspects of the transaction. She was professional, and very efficient with all of the required docs related to the sale. From initial consultation, to the lead up to the listing of my home, and then handling the close of Escrow, everything was handled professionally. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by Todd and the team.

As an out of state seller, I hit the jackpot when I found Todd and his team. They were professional, knowledgeable, and their communication skills were excellent. I had a challenging property to sell, but Todd knew the right price point and the right type of buyer to target. His marketing of the property was excellent. I wish I could leave 10 stars!

A commercial real estate agent that is extremely responsive is rare, but Todd Schapmire provides that level of responsiveness to his clients. Ive worked with Todd on residential real estate, commercial real estate, and investment properties. Todd is very experienced in all types of real estate and has a great knowledge on the pulse of the local markets. His ability to look at properties with an eye for maximizing value is crucial when deciding what the best purchase options are for his clients. Most importantly, Todd has high integrity; his clients goals are far more important to him than any commission. I highly recommend Todd to my friends and colleagues.
