From day one we felt great being in Kim's hands. We were motivated to buy, first time homebuyers in 2023 and Kim did a great job keeping us aware of homes coming on the market. Bruno was spectacular! We can't imagine having gone through this process without him. We moved to the area with very little knowledge, and Bruno guided us from day one to closing. He had plans for us when we traveled to Sonoma Co on the weekends and was adaptable when we would have last minute requests. He familiarized us with the surrounding areas and absolutely understood what we were looking for....even when we would change our minds. He would let us know when he had concerns about a property and made sure that any concerns we had were addressed. We felt like we had an old friend looking out for us the whole time.
