This  business is highly unreliable! Nicholas Stameroff is not knowledgeable on basic tax form submissions and processes. He is difficult to reach and charges you for his errors.  If you are looking for someone to complete a job correctly,  do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I  got  screwed  by his  firm  .  I hired him for a tax audit  with the  IRS .  We signed contract  and  left  a 3500  retainer deposit  that  agreed  that  they  would  refund  any  un-used   funds .  He  canceled  us  4  das latter and  never  told us  .  We found out from  IRS .  They met once  with the  IRS  guy  for  aprox 3 hrs and  billed us  2700  .  Then  never paid  us back   anything  after   saying they  would refund  any   un-used.    BE  WARNED   !!!!  THEY  ARE Not HONEST !!!!!!!  We  got  royally screwed !!!!!!!

RED ALERT - I would stay away from this guy. He made multiple serious mistakes in my tax return and when I caught them, and asked him to correct, he upped my bill and also decided to charge $125 to answer a simple question that I'd posed at our first meeting and which he'd not told me would cost money to answer. When I tried to back out of working from him at that point, shocked that he'd raised the invoice by a total of $225 to correct his own errors,  he said I was required to pay for work done, and that he would use every possible means to collect "his rightful due" -- even though I had to then go to another practitioner whose work I could trust, and submit to the IRS! This is surely Highway Robbery.

This man is very unprofessional. He charges for services and doesn't deliver. I hired him to represent me with an audit and never did anything but charge me and I ended up with a large liability.
