We love our new motorized shades from the Sonoma County Shade Company. Service was great and they were the best option to cover the wide window frames at our new office space. They look amazing and now our staff can work in the mornings without the glare + heat of the sun. Opening and closing is a breeze with the app. We are very happy.

Product and Service - Excellent! Installation: Both Noah and David were very knowledgeable and very professional . . . very pleased! Delivery was delayed and that was disappointing . . . but staff communicated consistently and I appreciated their efforts to keep me informed. Very happy with the end results!

Sonoma County Shade Company replaced a Hunter Douglas Skylight shade that had failed. It was under warranty as was a bit of a hassle for the company to procure a new one, but with persistence, SCSC took care of getting me a new one. The technician arrived on time, was completely organized and tidy and installed the shade without incidence. The technician also went over caring for the shade as well as reminding me about the batteries in the motor as well as the remote. This was a thorough and excellent service call and the company is first rate.
