We purchased a home in Santa Ynez that needed major renovation. It was totally gutted and both front and backyard had major work done. Mark Hemming and his team were delightful to work with, incredibly professional and stayed within budget and finished on time.

Mark Hemming is THE best! He is not only the best contractor, he's the best, most ethical, honest, hardworking person! I am one happy customer ! Mark built our home, see photo, in 2002. He still comes to take care of little things that go wrong. He stands behind his work, no questions asked. Even when its old, he still stands behind it. A company gets it reputation by the way it treats the customer, and this is the third home Mark has built for us. Says it all!
