If we could give more than five stars, we would. Lorena is AMAZING. I've bought and sold multiple homes in my life, and Lorena is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. Her communication skills with her clients, lenders, and other realtors are excellent. We felt that she was right by our side all the way. Her goal is not just to sell a house but to help you find the right home for you. We trusted her and followed her advise. We were never disappointed in our confidence in her, and she helped us find THE home for us. We consider her a friend. We recommend her highly.

We are very grateful to Lorena because she took care of making the process of finding and buying the house very easy and fast avoiding stress and many headaches. She has a great team that gave us advice on all the questions we had. Lorena Regalado is amazing! My husband and I cant say enough great things about her! When we first contacted her, she was very willing to help, very responsive, and understood our needs. She always followed up right away with any questions/ concerns that we had. During our search for a home, she took us to see multiple listings and would send us the newest listings within our price range while keeping us on track. When we finally found our home, Lorena placed our offer and was with us every step of the way. The offer was accepted, she arranged everything (inspection appointments, viewings of the home, speaking with sellers realtor), and we got our home! The home we purchased was about an hour away from were we resided and we literally did not have to do very much at all since Lorena took charge and made sure we made as few trips out as necessary. Fast forward 4 months into our new home and she is still very attentive, responsive, involved and a wonderful resource for anything we need. When my friends and family ask me about the home buying process, Lorena is our first thought and recommendation. Thank you for everything Lorena Regalado!
