Didnt realize beef heart would be one of my favorite meals, but here we are! Its delicious and easy to cook- I just slice it thinly, cover it with salt/pepper/garlic powder, and cook it in ghee. If I have an onion on hand Ill add that too. Organ meats are so nutrient dense, and heart has a similar flavor to steak, making it a great addition for tacos or pasta sauce. Perennial Pastures is the only source I trust for organ meats! Grass finished, humanely raised, and regenerating the soil- its a YES for me!!!

Hands down the best meat I've ever had! I started buying from them at a local farmer's market months ago and finally decided to go all in on the cow share. I also got one of their turkeys which was incredible! Customer service is amazing too.

This is a delicious turkey. Having cooked Thanksgiving for over 30 years and I followed #maxthemeatguys cooking directions, this was the best turkey I have made to date. I will definitely be ordering another one next year!
