It's hard to imagine how Paula Weaver (as part of Weaver/McGrath LLP) could have done a better job in helping us to clarify and enhance our existing trust. She was outstanding! We came to her with a vastly incomplete, hastily-prepared trust from another state, and we left -- in just a few days -- with a complete California-ready trust that does exactly what we need. And, all the while, we thoroughly enjoyed interacting with Paula. What a fine experience!

Paula took extraordinary effort to quickly pull together every estate document I needed in organized, and easy to understand way. Facing imminent surgery right after finalizing a divorce, there were many moving parts. Paula's calmness combined with her ability to sort things things through allowed me the reassurance that all would be well. Absolutely would recommend Paula!

About a year ago my father passed away and we realized that his trust wasn't properly filed, which made it invalid. One of my friends recommended Paula and told us that she had recently helped a client in a similar position. After meeting with her I was confident that she could handle it easily, in a timely matter and at a reasonable price. I was pleased at how knowledgeable she is in her field and how much attention she pays to detail. Since then she has helped my mother update her trust and my husband and I are having her prepare our trust also. We are so thankful that we found Paula who has made some of the most challenging things a lot easier!
