I ordered a part for my washing machine on 1-13-22, I was promise delivery in 2-3 days. I gave them a week and checked today, 1-20-22 and still no part. He told me he has other more important orders to worry about and gave me a refund because he can tell I was going to be a pain. I suggest you to go somewhere else if you want your appliances fixed.

Dan was a pleasantly kind gentlemen and really wanted to help me with a replacement part. However, his organizational skills are lacking. I placed an order in person on 04-02-22. I called 7 times between the 18th of April and 14th of May (1 month) to check on order status and each time I was told I would get a return phone call with status and never did. My last call on the 14th he said he had the part but the store was closed for the day. He was willing to stay at the store if I wanted to go get it, so that was a nice offer.
