I Bought a high-end all electric range from B.I.D. and they provided names of three installers, as they dont install appliances they sell. Unfortunately, one of these installers incorrectly wired the new wall plug to accommodate the 240v requirement of the range. This incompetence resulted in the destruction of the oven fan and inoperable double ovens and burners. Neither the installer or B.I.D. would refund the cost of installation that I paid. The BBB now has concluded its investigated of this case and will alert the public doing Internet searches re this installer.

We wanted a long lasting washer and dryer set so we had been researching Speed Queen (instead of all the brands now owned by Whirlpool) and were thrilled when we found that BID carried them. I called and placed a deposit since they had to order the dryer but held a washer for me so they could deliver the set together. They have their own delivery guys who do a great job and will take the old set away if you want them to. The whole process couldn't have been easier and we love our new machines!

Nothing but Problems.. the owner hides out. He wont answer the phone or return a call. I cannot say anything good with the five appliances I ordered. They only attempted customer service ... when they make the sale... no follow up!! Id rather pay more somewhere else rather than deal with their products and staff. My friends witnessed Andy and Bob on speakerphone and they all commented.... Wow.. that was Hostile !! If anything wouldve just worked life would be good. Not... one... product... plugged... in... and worked. What a circus !! Go elsewhere!! Not worth the shop local effort!!
