Sullivan’s Auto Service & Tire Pros

I greatly regret coming here! I was promised suggestions with complimentary inspection yet, it became forceful tactic to pay for unnecessary items I did not agree to! Eventually, I had to pay over $240 with discount for oil change. Basically, you cant walk out of here unless you tow if not payed! They also talked down on my previous auto place yet, the guy used to work there! At this point I dont know who to trust. All in all I felt taken advantage of & intimidated in confrontational manner. This isnt right & I dont understand how these people operate a business under false pretense. Also, crazy how Justin gave me a run down of his selected profession at auto place because, he witnessed his mother taken advantage of by mechanics. He, guaranteed I wouldnt get taken advantage of as a woman yet, I was! I wish to never return to this establishment; I made a major mistake!

NOT a mechanic. They will lie to you over the phone and say they can fix whatever problem you have (muffler in my case). Then say they can't fix it, and try to charge you $225 for looking at it. Quoted $770 dollars for spark plugs and oil, which isn't even what I brought it in for. It sounds like they're great for tires, but don't trust them as a mechanic.

Really excellent and superb service. Everyone is so attentive and professional, and I appreciated how well they communicate (Ashley in particular was great!). It was really easy to make the appointment online, and to handle the service estimates and everything electronically. The work they do is top notch and I appreciate how thorough they are. I'll definitely come here again for future car/tire services.
