I don't know why you want me to rate Seaside City Hall, but ..okay. I use to play there before it was a City Hall. It was just a big big play yard. There was nothing but sand. And not just any sand, there were patches of quick sand. As a kid, you knew not to step in certain spots. After they built it, it was still a big big play yard. My friend and I played there everyday because I lived across the street. Even the office staff knew us. When we were teenagers we would meet each other at the fire ring. You know, we had to talk about our problems.
