        The training at Elektren is TOP NOTCH! I've worked with Jolie and i've seen her in action with her other clients and I can tell you that she and her team are in a league of their own. When you walk into the studio you automatically feel energized and stronger. What I particularly enjoy about their approach is that they use unconventional exercise to help you create more freedom of movement in your everyday life. Too often, as we get older and as life gets busier, we lose our mobility and strength... so go work with the team at Elektren to make sure that doesn't happen! I can't recommend the team at Elektren, enough!
