I found the store online. When I visited, I was greeted promptly. What I was looking for. Miguel communicated clearly about a few options. I need a selection, completed the paperwork, paid the bill, and left having accomplished my goal in about 20 minutes. Very good service.

Needed to purchase a second bed to use while staying at my son's place. Because it isn't my everyday bed I was looking for comfort and affordability. Came in after looking and getting quotes from various other stores during memorial holiday. The prices were already slashed, but our salesman went above and beyond with the best price that he could. I even tried going to another Mattress Firm to see if they were able to beat his price, and they were unsuccessful. So, I went back and sealed the deal. I've now slept in the bed 3 nights and it's so comfortable. Much better than the air mattress I had been using!

Jose at the Sand City - Seaside, CA location was super helpful and was able to help me find a good price point as well as answer all the questions I had, I feel very comfortable and excited for my new mattress, Im going to sleep good tonight!
