Marcus and his team were so helpful, friendly, and professional - I highly recommend and would definitely work with them again! It was my first time hiring help for a move and I am so glad I did. They made it much less stressful, taking excellent care of all our stuff and packing the van super well so that we have space leftover for the last things we werent able to get ready before they came. Let me premise this with I cannot speak to the experience of actually receiving moving service from this company! BUT I can speak to the laughably snarky and rude interaction I had when I called about a quote. The guy recited the many different costs very quickly and then proceeded to be dramatically exasperated by having to repeat a single detail after, literally scoffing and being so condescending. Like sorry Im not the one who works for the company and need some clarification ?? Oh and for a 180 mile move, the quote ended up being $4000, which is crazy. I dont know if the guy on the phone was having a bad day or what, but maybe talking to potential customers isnt for him.

I had an extremely last minute move, called in around 11 letting them know i needed furniture moved out by 1pm and they came to the rescue! Had my stuff at my NEXT spot WELL before 1.
