Wayne did a fantastic job replacing our water heater, going out of his way to secure the parts before being entirely sure what the problem was. He went far above our expectations to get the job done with only one service call. He told us he would never leave us without hot water if he could help it.

Joe was a great communicator and was very responsive to our needs. He went the extra mile by crawling under our house to assess the situation. Our issue is intermittent so unfortunately we couldn't find the source of the problem, but we feel he did everything he could to try to diagnose it.

Chris Wilson P&H came on a short notice to fix an issue with a backed up toilet. The technician was right on time and very efficient. It took him about 15-20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem.
