When my daughter first started attending this daycare, it was wonderful. The teachers were so great and they helped her to transition to higher development behaviors and diets. Then out of nowhere, her classroom shut down, she was moved to a much smaller classroom with twice as many kids and we basically never saw her original teachers again. Not only was this transition rough on my daughter, as she has stranger danger and its taken her a while to get comfortable with a new room and new teachers, the parents were given absolutely no explanation. The only hint was an ominous letter taped to the door of her old classroom stating "Due to certain circumstances, this classroom has been shut down." I realize things change. But I don't appreciate the lack of transparency and heads up when whomever decided this did. My daughter's emotional development experienced a setback due to the abrupt and unfamiliar nature of this transition. To this day, I still do not know why her original class shut down (literally the entire room is empty and not even being used) and now there are two large groups of kids being shoved into a space half the size. And we never saw her teachers again, whom we really loved and would want to see her back with, as they know my daughter best. There's also a list of other small gripes I have, but aren't relevant to this review. Whomever makes the higher up decisions, you need to be more transparent and forthright with information.

my child just turned 18 month few days ago and moved to the pre toddler room and for the first days I had about 6 accident report 3 of them that he is bitten by another kids on his fourhead , I asked the manger to move him from this class two times since I almost receive a curtesy call every other day she answered she doesn't have room in the center currently and they will try to elemnate that in the future , i am really disappointed.

I absolutely love this daycare. I feel like they take such good care of my kids and are constantly teaching them new things. My daughter likes it so much that she asks to "go to school" on the weekends. My son really struggled at first and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. I am honestly surprised to see bad reviews. It has been nothing but a pleasant experience.
