I did 3 years of taxes in Feruary 2022 and I'm still waiting,10 months on my refund for 2 of those years!! All kinds of issues with them! Tryiing to call the IRS directly and getting thru to make an appt. has been impossible!  Left numerous messages for the manager of One Day to call me back and that seems impossible too.  I paid 300. cash to have my taxes done and it seems that was like throwing money away!! Forget getting any help from them after they got paid!!It says their open til 5 but the office is dark at 3:30! Customer service is a joke!!NEVER AGAIN!!

Fantastic and inexpensive tax service. I've been getting mine done there for years and appreciate the savings I've gotten because of astute questions and calculations on my behalf.

Jackie Favaloro the owner and staff are exceptional at their job. Courteous, friendly and most importantly get you every dime your entitled to. They ask you questions you may not even have considered regarding your deductions. My family and friends have been using one day for years and have always been happy. I highly recommend this place for all your tax services.

Very poor customer service. I realize when it's NOT tax time and they are not in the office there should be someone who checks voice mails and return calls to there clients. I left several messages and to this day have NOT received a single call. Very disappointed. When Jackie and Jack started their office was amazing. They had an employee named Doreen and she was on it.
With all the places to go have your taxes done I'm disappointed and wont be having them done. Makes me sad.
