NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! We spent $8,500 on top of the line hardwood floors for our master bedroom and huge closet. It sounds like popping the bubble wrap every time we take a step. A year later after a lengthy dispute we are FINALLY having it removed and re-installed with NO explanation as to why it made that noise in the first place. We have to move our enormous bed and bedroom furniture ourselves for this and NOT A SINGLE offer to credit us something for the trouble. We considered getting a refund and going elsewhere but that isn't an option. Home Depot wanted NO responsibility amd put us off for months until we practically harrassed them.  Home depot blamed the installer, they blamed the manufacturer, they blamed the temperature in our house....We didn't get a single apology from anyone. Home Depot  customer service utterly disappointed me. Both our local store in Selma and the reps we spoke to at the 800 number were rude and uninterested in our issue. We will never shop at their stores again and discourage everyone we know from giving them their business on principle.
