Heather was AmaZing! She was super friendly and helped straighten out issues with the 3rd party the reservation went through! The room was clean and boy did the air-conditioning work!!

Best customer service from a hotel front desk Ive ever received in a long time. This gentleman Tony met me at the door held the door for me and had a cold bottle of water in hand to offer me. I had been outside working in the heat all day but he had no idea and still greeted me with a smile a welcome and a much need water. The man is a major asset to this property and the reason for my 5 star review. My hotel reviews have received over 12.7 million views and none of them offered the hospitality this employee did. GREAT JOB!!! Youve earned a loyal customer from a diamond select member. Thank you for the complimentary diamond select suite upgrade btw. Rooms: The balcony suites are nice and roomy and well maintained clean and comfortable as I would expect are all the other rooms are as well. Nearby activities: Walgreens and Panda Express right next door. Safety: Well lite property with only one way in and out surrounded by well lite businesses with multiple camera angles. Walkability: Walgreens and Panda Express are basically in the same parking lot as well as several other food options and other shopping within walking distance.
