        Went in to get a new phone and Wi-Fi for the new house.. The girls working were very nice and helpful.. Faith was great! Knowledgeable and professional Always a good experience when I go there

        Beyond disgusted with this company and I will be taking this incident to court. I have T-Mobile saying I was throwing things in their store that there is video apparently of me doing this but they wont let me see this video. Ive never done anything like that and Im completely disgusted that employees can slander a customer that came in because of their bill being over charged and say things about that customer that did not happen. The District Manager Juan Nunez also had told the store employee and named my name to the store employee and I believe that is why the employee lied trying to say I did something when I did not. I cant believe this is behavior that T-Mobile allows for their company. Ive trying calling corporate but Im told Im not allowed to talk to anyone to make a report of what these people have done to me. So will see what the court has to say because who else is to contact if T-Mobile doesnt want to allow me to report crimes especially slandering a customers name when there is cameras and id love for everyone to see that footage so they could see T-Mobile allows their customers to be lied about and slandered.
