        I was shopping at Walmart and as I was leaving I stopped by the Jackson Hewitt kiosk and talked to Viridiana Rodriguez and she was very helpful and knowledge. I can't afford to pay for tax prep fees at the moment but if I'm able to I will definitely go back and have V. do my taxes.

        They deserve a ZERO. Dont even bother.. I should've known that a company sitting at a makeshift cubicle inside Walmart was going to be a disappointment. I mean, they obviously can't even afford a building to conduct business in. You'll just waste your time and contacting someone about it is a waste of time too. Had an appointment 1/29 @ 2:30pm and the person didnt even bother to show up. Thank you for nothing. This is exactly why people go to H&R block
