Went to check out this place because I noticed two units became available in that week. The receptionist, if thats what she was, said they had no units available. After stating the fact that the units just became available she stated that theres a waitlist, when asked how many people were on the waitlist she didnt know and said the leasing agent or manager werent there to give this information (this is during business hours). She was rude and dismissive with general questioning as if renting out to us was already not an option when she first laid eyes on us. She couldnt handle the questions stood up with a very rude tone, rolled her eyes and said she was going to get the manager (thought no one was there). Manager comes with food in her mouth speaking and food spitting out of her mouth, close by us, disgusting, unprofessional, disrespectful and very inappropriate! We asked her some similar questions as we did the receptionist and she didnt know the answers. I added a question about utilities because on the website it is highly advertised that all utilities were covered and she didnt know and even asked the receptionist (the manager asking the receptionist). Come to find out per an email sent to this link that she is not the same manager responding to emails regarding the units. This place is disorganized and displaying FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
