The property was everything as described. Amy is a Master's class in being a Super Host! The location was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is safe, and there is plenty of parking. The breakfasts were delicious, and Amy went out of her way to include Gluten Free options for me. Rooms: The unit we stayed in was private and well appointed. Nearby activities: Sherman Oaks was a great location for our activities. This was a good central location for almost anything we wanted to do. Safety: Never have been to LA, the location was safe and had plenty of parking. Food & drinks: Breakfast was delicious and Amy went out of her way to accomodate my dietary needs.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, toilet and shower attached to each room, refrigerator, wardrobe, television, and microwave in the room. Very clean, very good family breakfast. Pool and jacuzzi in the yard for guests to use. The painter's husband and wife are an amazing couple, warm and cordial, they welcome warm guests and give a feeling of home and family. The location in the neighborhood in the suburbs of L.A. In a very quiet environment. It is highly recommended.
