Mark Allen was outstanding in cleaning my carpet with hypoallergenic products. I cannot. thank him enough. When I called him, referred by a friend, he was diligent, careful, helped to move a bit of heavy furniture, and 'sucked' up dirt that had discolored my carpet. He took his time (and cleaned out his water before attempting another patch). When at day's end the carpet was still wet, he allowed me to keep his drying fan overnight. It made a difference. He's a very amiable person, an excellent performer and he will keep you entertained if you let him while working. i do recommend his work.

A bucket filled with dirty water from mopping our kitchen floor broke while on the way up the stairs to dump in the toilet. The dirty water cascade down the carpet and my wife thought our stairs were ruined.fortunately for us Marc came to our rescue and did an amazing job of cleaning the carpet on the stairway in the entire upstairs of the house. Carpet looks practically brand new.hire him and you will be happy!

I just love using Mark to clean all my carpets. He has such a great personality and always makes me laugh. He's very punctual and his prices are very fair . My carpets look good as new ,and all pet stains are gone.

I finally found the midcentury Danish rug of my dreams, and it had never been used - but it smelled strongly of mildew, from having gotten wet during its decades in storage. I called them to clean my rental's carpet and they did such a great job. Carpets looked almost new afterwards. They are super affordable too! I highly recommend them if you need to get your carpets cleaned
