The sales representatives at this location were absolutely terrible. I went into the store to find a specific perfume using a gift card my friend gave me for my birthday. Even though I usually shop at Sephora or online, I thought Ulta would be a good match since they had the perfume I wanted on their website. However, when I asked the representatives for help, they were too busy talking to each other and didn't pay any attention to me. One of them vaguely pointed and said, "Over there," indicating the perfume section in the huge store. I couldn't figure out where she was pointing, so she came closer, put her hand on my back pushing and forcing me to step forward and condescendingly said, "Let me show you, GIRL." I'm not a 14 years old to me called like this (just FYI Im 25 and definitely look like my age), and it was extremely annoying and disrespectful. No one should call customers girl, or honey, or sweetie no matter how young they look! Its absolutely vulgar and a very bad tone! Despite my frustration, she continued touching my back and pushing me towards the middle of the store, which I absolutely hate while people I dont know touching me without any reason. When I tried to step back to signal that I didn't appreciate the touching and condescending tone, she showed another annoyed expression. I finally said, "Thank you, I'll find it," and quickly left, speechless and embarrassed by the entire encounter. She went back to her seemingly "important" conversation with her colleague, displaying a lack of respect of interested of what just happened. To add to the unpleasant experience, I noticed security was following me around the store, despite my appearance being completely normal and carrying a Dior bag. Feeling both chased by security and shocked by the terrible customer service, I've decided I'll never go to Ulta again. Even if I receive another gift card, I'd rather order online or give it to someone else than go through such a shameful experience.

I was shopping for a cream contour and a waterproof eyeliner to use specifically on my waterline. I was greeted immediately and Eileen was called to give me assistance. I explained I was open to splurging on the eyeliner b/c I wanted one that would not pull, but wanted an inexpensive (but good!) contour b/c I was only using that for a special occasion. Eileen listened and gave me some awesome input!! I LOVE the Urban Decay eyeliner she recommended and the lower end NYX contour stick. Thank YOU!!
