Mickey did an amazing job at securing a great deal for my first home purchase! I switched from a big name glamorous famous agency & agent. The difference in service was worlds apart! Mickey was proactive & patient during the home search. Never pushy and was honest in identifying the value Id get from each home. the short contingency period we had, every inspections were scheduled & done at fast speed! His negotiation skills even got me extra seller credits during closing!! His knowledge in renovations & remodeling was complimentary skill that became helpful during the house searching process. Mickey is rare... he's honest, a hell of a negotiator and works fast. He understands the core principal that you don't sell a house, you market a house. Take a meeting with him; you'll be glad you did.
