        My experience is great i was in and out. But H and R block your prices are too high every year.

        It was my second year doing income tax return with h&r and I guess it will be my last. Regarding the agent who worked on my tax return, her name Charli, I could ignore the fact that she was a few minutes late(although I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment), or that the price for h&r block it is kinda expensive (I mentioned as a comment that last year I payed less), what I can not ignore is when I was about to leave the office, the door was locked (when I arrived the door was largely opened). Imagine that, she(they) thought I was going to leave the premises without paying and THEY JUST LOCKED THE DOOR!!! I can tell you that got my blood boiling! Plus, despite my calls, the tax return information for past two years doesn't show in my account. Why is soo hard to find the right tax person these days?
