        we needed to waterproof the entire walkway of our apartment building as well as some stairs in the front & back of the walkway after the rains caused some damage. i met with a few different waterproofing companies but we decided to go with capital deck & stair after meeting with abraham...who was so helpful & informative. his pricing was reasonable & he was also great at answering all of my following up questions via text, which i really appreciated. after a couple delays in the work due to rain, we finally did the 3 day job and it turned out great. abraham came over afterwards to look at a couple areas with pain splatter and he offered to send his foreman cesar back to fix it...which he did. no arguments...just wanted to make things perfect. awesome customer service!
