Soho Contruction was working on my neighbor's ADU. They were very happy with Soho, so I hired them for my ADU. They were very attentive for a very small kitchen addition of 81 SF. I am very happy with the results. Brandon was the super for my project. He was always availble to discuss any issues I had and is still available to give me advice on other issue I have at my house, not related to their work.

I was using SoHo construction for my kitchen remodel in Encinitas and I enjoyed every second of it. Brandon, Paige and Nate were amazing and Nir was pleasant and professional. Will use again and again.

Soho Construction did a wonderful job remodeling the entire interior of my home. Soho did a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, they installed hard flooring throughout the entire house, painted the entire interior, etc. Communication during the construction process was excellent, Soho's team was easy to reach and responses were prompt. Their pricing was fair and the only deviation from their proposed budget was for a few things that were not in the original estimate, i.e. replacing a few doors. I would like to give a shout out to Fernando, the construction supervisor, he was fantastic and told me "there are no problems, just solutions". In addition, after living in the house a few months post-remodel, I encountered a few minor issues and wasn't sure if it was a construction problem or had something to do with some of the new fixtures. Soho sent Fernando out to look at my concerns and he was able to resolve most of the issues on the spot. There was only one issue, a small crack in the new kitchen ceiling, that required repair whereby Soho promptly scheduled the repair and completed the repair in a timely manner.
