Griffin was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of buying our first home. Very knowledgeable, informative, flexible, and responsive. He was available virtually at any time for questions and he regularly checked in on our progress on documents to make sure we submitted everything that was required during the escrow period so we could close on time. We also really appreciated his video explanations and breakdowns which we were able to watch at our own convenience and rewatch as needed. We couldn't have asked for a better loan officer!

Griffin Tso is a life saver! Met him early this year just to get a sight of how buying a home would be, and ended up going through the home buying ride with him until the end. Griffin was absolutely amazing to work with! I was referred to this mortgage company by my realtor. Due to the timing of the market, I was hesitant and wanted to shop around to make sure I was getting the best deal. However, I quickly realized that besides the competitive rates, the service Griffin provided was exceptional. From the first phone call until the day we closed, Griffin was there for me every step of the way. His informative and calm approach made this home buying process completely stress free. I looked forward to his detailed videos where he thoroughly explained every scenario we could encounter. Griffin considered all of my personal factors, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every decision that moved us forward with buying a home. Griffin's communication skills were unmatched. He took his time to understand my goals and always led our conversations with a positive outcome. Thankfully, I also gained a life long friend throughout this process!
