I walked in 5 minutes before closing with a severe bee sting reaction and they stayed brought me right in. An ER doctor was there: he took his time with the evaluation and treatment, advised as to what I should do if I am stung in the future. They really helped and were kind and patient and knowledgeable. I am soo grateful that we finally have something like this in the valley; before they opened I would have been SOL. Update: I've now been back due to Covid, and again, great treatment.

Friendly and knowledgable doctors, but staff failed to give me accurate billing costs and information. Not only did a 5 minute COVID test cost a co-payment ($35), but I was billed almost $200 a month later. NO ONE here told me any of that, I would have gone to the CVS in Lompoc if that was the case. Very disappointed and will not return to a Dingily Health.

I went in on Friday Aug 13 for a Covid test. The front office staff was very matter of fact, almost curt. The medical staff was cordial and respectful. I was told by the PA who performed the test to expect results in 24 - 72 hours. I called back on Monday, August 16 and was scolded by the person who answered the phone that 72 hours had not yet passed and the 72 hours did not include the weekend. I would need to be patient because they are very busy. I did not hear from them by Friday, August 20, so I called again. I was given my test results. I asked when they had received the results. I was told that my results had been received on Saturday, August 14. Two days before I was told they did not have my results and I would just need to be patient because they are so busy. I do not like this place. I will use Cottage urgent care in Buellton next time. ( I had to select at least one star to post this review. The front desk deserves no stars)

Thank goodness we finally have an urgent care in Solvang and it was great! I somehow ended up with a roofing nail that went through the sole of my shoe and it punctured my heel. Ouch! Time for a tetanus shot. The staff was friendly and professional, the facility is brand new in a brand new building and I was able to take care of a simple routine issue quickly and easily without the hassle of going to SB, chasing down my primary care physician or going to the ER for a such a simple routine thing. Much needed in Solvang and great service! Highly recommend!
