California Horse Center on Flag Is Up Farms

It was so nice!!!! We visited the ranch, when we where on our way to Los Angeles and went in there without an appointment! We where welcomed by Debbie and got a tour of the ranch! It was so great! Everyone was so nice and friendly! We felt extremly welcome! Thank you so much again for the wonderfull time!!!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! My 2yr old daughter is obsessed with horses and I was super excited I found this beautiful spot where visitors are welcomed to check out the farm, it made both my daughter and I SO SO happy & grateful to be and look at all the horses there! I had visited earlier today around 4ish, its now 10pm and Im still thinking about how gorgeous it was, very well kept, and its amazing scenery! To own a location like this and let people like myself, who doesnt own a horse and or farm (but would love to) get to experience this, is a dream!! Thankyou for encouraging people to visit your farm, will absolutely come again very soon!

Fifteen years ago we visited "Flag is up- farms" twice while on our trip through California and were lucky to meet Monty personally. He was very kind and gentle, even giving us some batteries for our camera. I had read all his books, had seen him in Berlin and was deeply impressed by watching him work with two horses. What a great person! We also had the opportunity to visit Shy Boy in his stable. Didn't realize he is such a little horse, when watching the BBC-film about his taming. All in all this experiance is forever in our minds, and whenever I am with my horse here in Germany I remember Monty and his incredible way of talking to horses.
