I had brothers glass install new windows in my guesthouse. They were amazing. From my first call for a quote they were here within an hour and I had my quote later that day. I ordered the windows and they were installed approximately 2-3 weeks later. The windows are perfect! Its worth noting, I had 4 other glass companies quote the same windows and Brothers was so much cheaper than anywhere else. I highly recommend Brothers Glass!!

I hired them through a contractor, so never spoke with anyone directly, but this is what I observed.The windows seem to be holding up without leaking in the rain, so they are functioning well.However, they left a lot of gunk on the frames that I had to spend time scraping off (and if you use anything too abrasive it will scratch the vinyl), and one of the small windows is so loose it doesn't slide properly, takes two hands and comes out of the frame if you lift it too much to slide it.The installation process was very slow.Before finalizing the order we decided to replace the windows in unit 4 instead of unit 1, which they had originally measured to get us a price estimate. Rather than coming back out to measure they just assumed the windows were all the same, which they aren't, so the windows they had made didn't fit. When the correct windows came in, they only installed half of them for some reason, and one was very obviously crooked. They came back out and installed the rest of the windows and fixed the crooked one. Overall it took several months, which may be par for the course.I was told repeatedly that the windows are not interchangeable and they have to absorb the cost of the ones they made that don't fit. I offered to buy them at a discount (and expressed my unhappiness with the service so far), and they offered to take $200 off the total $6000 price, so it doesn't seem like they are interested in unloading the "unusable elsewhere" windows, nor are they interested in either my future business or my satisfaction as a customer.

Ive called this company several times and every time (3-4 times over a month period) I have talked to their receptionist I had the worst experience. She was condescending, rude, and gave me almost no correct answers when I confirmed dates & times with the managers/supervisors. Everyone else that I have had to deal with through this company was professional & respectful. After dealing with this I will no longer be using their business.

Called to get an estimate on a shower door. The lady that answered was so condescending that I told her Id find another glass company, thanked her and hung up. Will not be using Brothers Glass in the future. So much for shop local- at least for glass.
