Beef Jerky Experience

Popped In here on Sunday while exploring Solvang. I cant say enough great things about the girl who was working. She immediately greeted us and explained how the store worked and let us do our thing. She explained each jerky we tasted as if she had created each flavor herself. I totally thought she was the owner. She was so knowledgeable about jerky and was fun to talk to. Its just her nature. I hope the owner knows what a gem of an employee he has. Out of all the places we went over the weekend this girl was the most memorable. Customer service of this quality seems rare these days. The jerky is awesome, too!

Though a bit of a drive away, this place was like heaven on earth if you love beef jerky. You are able to sample several different types and all have a unique flavor and texture. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about their product selection. Me and the misses ended up with two grocery bags full; don't judge us lol. I will definitely be back soon to enjoy the town and grab some more jerky.

Owner is fracking hilarious. Amazing hospitality. My dad was probably driving her nuts with wanting to try EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR, but you would never have guessed it by how accommodating she was. The only problem, if you can call it that, is there are too many flavors to enjoy. The Mango/Habanjero slaps cheeks! Really, really good. Cherry/Maple very good with low heat. Just reordered the Mango/Habanero and some Pineapple/Serrano. The P/S I am pretty stoked to get my hands on. Out of everything we did/saw in Solvang, this was my favorite stop. May do a wine pairing next time.

Love this place. They have all of the jerky flavors you could ever want. SO TASTY!

The employees are sooo awesome and helpful, but the products are tremendously overpriced sorry shop owner! But good job on your hires!
