I have been doing an annual Wine tasting trip with this company for 4 years now. Me and my girlfriends love love our annual Wine tasting trip. Sb Limos will book the tasting reservations for us and choose the wineries, map it all out and even arrange for our lunch plans. Every year they plan a different route so we get to see new wineries. Their choices are always FAB! Due to COVID 19 we had to reschedule this years trip, and they made rebooking so easy. I can not wait for next Spring so we can get our tour plans rolling.

5 Stars! love this company. My group and I wanted to stay out even longer we were having so much fun. Though with all the wine we drank it was probably best the chauffeur made sure made it home safely after 8 hours of pure joy. Ask for Stephanie; she helped us pick out some great wineries.

Rented the "Black Shuttle Bus" for a wine tasting reunion with college friends. Had an absolutely fantastic time! The shuttle was beautiful and had a great sound system, and our driver was friendly and professional. Definitely would book again.

I would not recommend this business or service to anyone. We spent a girls weekend in SB this March, and I hired Santa Barbara Limos and Wine Tours to drive us safely to three wineries of our choosing and booking on a Saturday. What happened next was something out of a Saturday Night Live skit, except no one was laughing. The driver was nice. Our upgraded vehicle was not. Immediately when I stepped into the van, I noticed how disgusting the seats and flooring were. It was obvious they had not been cleaned in months, years. There were crumbs and white flakes that looked to be dandruff everywhere on the seats and carpets. I hoped the other women would not notice as I was already horrified and feeling disgusted. As we loaded the van, I looked over to my friend to see that much of the van wall next to her was patched up with electrical tape and my disgusting dread became reality, but wait it gets worsemy friend pointed to the air vents that had clearly been ignored for years and coated in dust which looked more like fur at that point. As we needed air conditioning while driving through the valley there was no avoiding having to turn on the air. So much dust and debris was flying all over our cabin, we were breathing it all in, at that point I just wanted the van ride to end. The driver was driving so fast and erratic that we were hanging onto anything we could to prevent us from flying, falling, or bouncing into each others laps or the floor. Top that off with the miserable condition of the van and the lack of basic maintenance such as shocks needing to be replaced, we ALL arrived at our first winery car sick! Not a good way to start the day in beautiful SB wine country. By the time we reached our second winery and our lunch spot we were already discussing canceling our third wine tasting stop as no one could stand another minute riding in the van unless we were heading back to the hotel. Really, that is how terrible our ride was, we canceled the rest of our day to avoid going any further with the erratic driving/speeding and bouncing and hanging on for life in the cesspool. As we drove back to our hotel and we all tried to sit facing forward to avoid getting sick, the driver speeding with us bouncing in the air, some trying to sleep or close their eyes to prevent car sickness, guess what happened next? A piece of the ceiling fell off and landed on my friends legs! It was the cover to a speaker, but it does not matter what it was, it just shows the lack of maintenance, safety, and care for their business but especially their clients

We had a terrible experience with SBLimos. I reserved months in advanced for my sister's bachelorette party and had been told that the limo would have a bottle of champagne, cheese, and crackers. We showed up and there was nothing, only a few water bottles that didn't even have ice to keep them cold. When I asked the driver, he told me it wasn't his responsibility and that it wasn't on the check list - which I understand - but as a representative of the company I expected at least some sort of apology for the misunderstanding. Then, during our travel to and from the vineyards, our driver asked us to turn down the music - during our bachelorette party?! Lastly - I called two days ago to ask for some sort of compensation since we didn't receive the champagne or snacks that they had said came with the package. They told me they would connect with their manager and call me back within two hours. I called again yesterday and today and still have not been able to contact any manager to help alleviate the situation. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.
