Horrible service forcing people to wait and sit outside during rain storms and hot weather and clueless doctors.

Five stars to all the staff at this location. I met Dr Saouf and the staff about a month ago and am very pleased that I did. Dr Saouf is very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. She is also very easy to talk to and really listens to your concerns. At one point, I had a question regarding a health issue, so I phoned and explained it to one of the staff in a short amount of time, Dr Saouf, picked up the phone and answered my question. I understand that Drs. busy so I never expected to talk with herso, the fact that she chose to speak with me live was heartwarming. It made me feel like I, and my health care, really mattered to her. In addition, the staff is stellar. Im sure I wasnt the ideal new patient (coming in with many requests ) but they never shied away and were awesome at getting things done.

Long wait times even though there are hardly any patients. Must be severely understaffed. The doctors and staff are fine once you're able to see someone.

I went in on Friday Aug 13 for a Covid test. The front office staff was very matter of fact, almost curt. The medical staff was cordial and respectful. I was told by the PA who performed the test to expect results in 24 - 72 hours. I called back on Monday, August 16 and was scolded by the person who answered the phone that 72 hours had not yet passed and the 72 hours did not include the weekend. I would need to be patient because they are very busy. I did not hear from them by Friday, August 20, so I called again. I was given my test results. I asked when they had received the results. I was told that my results had been received on Saturday, August 14. Two days before I was told they did not have my results and I would just need to be patient because they are so busy. I do not like this place. I will use Cottage urgent care in Buellton next time. ( I had to select at least one star to post this review. The front desk deserves no stars)

I walked in 5 minutes before closing with a severe bee sting reaction and they stayed brought me right in. An ER doctor was there: he took his time with the evaluation and treatment, advised as to what I should do if I am stung in the future. They really helped and were kind and patient and knowledgeable. I am soo grateful that we finally have something like this in the valley; before they opened I would have been SOL. Update: I've now been back due to Covid, and again, great treatment.
