The service was excruciatingly slow (picture a 45min+ wait time after you're seated for two sandwiches). This is (probably) on account of understaffing and overworked employees; doesn't quite sound like the kind of a place you'd want to give your business to.
But then that aside, it wasn't like the food was worth the wait. We got two cold sandwiches with flavor at par with what cafes you find on college campuses offer. Food served was cold and looked like it was cooked in time but waited a while on the counter before it got served. It low key ruined our vibe that day.
